I don't have paid membership lists, and someone wanted it changed.

You can get your passwords from your chapter prez. or maybe the membership co-ord if they told them. I don't really know who they are.

Without paid membership lists, I can't be responsible for getting the password out.

I used the 2012 list for Halifax in the members section and just PM'd all paid members.

If you think you paid and didn't get a PM, you may with to check with Rose or Angeline.

May I suggest, that in the future, we not change the password until the lists are straight. Or post paid membership lists in the Chapter sections, not behind the (recently changed) internal password.

Now the password is changed, and people can't check if they are on the list or not = creating work and generating a bunch of pm's to fix.

I think putting time into this is all avoidable. Please consider the following:

1. Someone says "hey the late dues are really due now, and we are going to change the password so get paid up"
2. Chapter prez or Membership co-ordinators post paid list in their respective CHAPTER forum.
3. Internal Password is changed.
4. Members who can't log in can go to the Chapter forum and see if they paid their dues, or not.
5. If they have not, they contact Chapter rep to pay, and rep. provides password.

Make sense? Less legwork with less people involved? = easier?

Two people paid Bob at CVO...were you one of them T-dogg? If so I am sure it is because Bob hasn't seen Ange or myself so we could deposit it and update. I will text Bob and ask him and will try to get over there this week and grab it, deposit it, and update the list Kyle posted.
Kyle, can you update me too as I deposited my dues as well..
