Here are a few shots of my Progression from Basically stock to Where it is now.....
Here it is with my minister of finance Emilie @ 2 weeks into life with us.... The LightBar was the first Mod.

Then Fast Forward 1 year later. OME Springs installed It worked pretty good with the 3"'s of lift we had there.

Forward another 3 Months I finally got some 31's on it. Between this photo and the last it was smashed. We added a light to the lightbar and never put the "Grille Guard" back on.

This is the Original Rear Shock location which limited flex alot.

This is probably the Best, bang for your buck Mod we did to the Libby so far. Thanks for the Welding Help Del

Once I saw how it Flexed after the Shock mount Mod, I instantly bought a set of 33's before taking any pictures. Also at this points I found a way to bring the front end up 2 inches which turned into me breaking a lot of CV axles.

Well this was the Project so Far..... and Here is a build list for our SFA swap so far.

Front Axle is a Dana 30HP out of a 2000 XJ with 760x shafts
F.O.A. Coilovers up front 12" Travel (450lb over 500lb Springs)
Bilstien 5125's with 10" of travel out back
OME 891 rear springs - Toyota Prado 90 Series
Ford F-Series Steering Box (May become a Grand Cherokee box soon)
1-Ton Steering
The Arms are from a Rough Country TJ L.A. upgrade kit
The rear end has been converted from a Tri-Link to a Double Triangulated 4-Link setup.
4.56 Gears with a Aussie Locker up front and factory LSD out back
I finally settled on tires 35x12.5R15 General Grabber Red Letters on Ion Alloy 174 aluminum wheels.
Ballistic Fabrication Dana30 cover.
Riddler Chrysler 8.25" Cover out back
ZJ Brake prop valve
SmittyBilt X2O 10k winch

Some Mid Build Pictures:

I almost forgot I will be running a JK front Bumper. I wasn't planning on the re-gear so for now it will just be a Stock Style JK Shorty bumper. When I can afford to add an aftermarket winch bumper that should give me a lot of options.

Ha, bout damn time someone tackled this project. I've been tossing the idea around for years, but got no bites.

Looking forward to the build man, I've always liked Libbys, but they just need that solid axle put in to be a real Jeep ;)

Reg Cormier in Moncton will be doing the Fab Work. Also yes it does have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern and my 04' Limited came with the 16" aluminum wheels. to run 15's on a stock Libby you need 15x7 with 4"BS to clear the Knuckle. Any less or more BS well cause issues. My old wheel/Tire pack and suspension are for sale as well as a set of Engine/Trans/T-Case Skidsl if you guys know of anyone interested.
