Thanks Gents.

Worked on the back fender flare today.

Side Panel Mike and I bent up a while ago.

Tube Flare this one is only 4.5" So it wont be quite so wide as the front one Scott hates. Just for you buddy.

I added some 1/8" ribs at the two top bends to add a little more structure to it.

Really nice job!
What would you figure the corners (with tube flare) would weigh before they were installed??
I had thought about going this route but tube flares think will make my Jeep too wide, I've even been thinking of getting rid of my tube flares on the front fenders, not to mention, my Jeep already weighs too much!

They weigh the same as after they were installed.

They're not bad....I'd say 40 lbs a side.

Yeah I think it looks best with no flares whatsoever, just smooth sided, but not much say in the matter.

I'd say this pig will be heavy.....I'll throw it on the scales when we get her done.

Yes Paul, we discussed boat sides initally (well Mike pushed It.) I was against it...I whish I would have boat sided it instead of trying to tie the new floor into the shabby rockers and making it work. Instead I made the rocker protection which I actually like....

But the flares are future boatside compatable.

Body needs to be hacked off from the rear of new flare around the corner to the body mount, but not square, look dum then!
