Rig looks great Steve. I like the manual knob. Nice to replace that $$ breakable stuff with better designs.

Here is what the install of the EVO disconnect looks like:

Factory electronic disconnect:

Here is the actuator pulled off. "Smartbar" it says. More like Stupidbar.

And the new EVO unit installed. Tighten it to disconnect swaybar, unscrew it to connect.

I just ziptied the plug to the front crossmember up out of the way.

So its a little plate, nut welded to inside, and a bolt with a knob?

How much does it cost?

I bet some would like to know for the sake of building, rather than buying them. looks like someone could do fairly easily if they had the ambition to do so.

Yes, it is currently flashing all the time, which is no different than it was doing before I swapped the part since it was broke anyways.
Currently options to shut it off are 1) a Procal programmer. This can turn off the light. or 2) get the dealer to turn it off. Think I got a line on a guy who works at a dealer who would turn it off for $50.

Few more things over the past couple of months.

Picked up a Procal programmer. Real simple to use. In 10 minutes after taking it out of the package I had shut off the flashing swaybar disconnect light, shut off the tire pressure sensor light, and re-calibrated my speedo for tire size.

Put on Bushwacker flares. And at the same time cut a half inch off the back of my rock sliders (Iroks were hitting them at full stuff).
And just this past weekend put on a Smittybilt cargo net.
