belly skid complete. the little mesh is for drainage, the big one is where the cat will go. under the t-case is 1/4" C channel, and trans mount is on 1/4" angle. nylon bushings for tube. the factory mount will bolt right up.

yeah, that's right. now i got morw view's than MudMagnet. heh. subframes are in. rear 5 Link is in. the numbers speak for themselves for pinion angle thruout the travel. from full on the bumpstops on both sides = 6.5deg. full droop both sides (no limiting straps) = 8.0deg. t-case output shaft is 5deg down. so trying to keep them parallel, and give a deg. or two for pinion rise with torque, exactly where i tried to put it. sweet. BIG BIG thx to a lot of people who came by and helped out yesterday and today. my bud Darrell (P.Eng/CNC/Hydraulic) on the drill press. Ken setting up limiting straps. Hali run for Cold OLands. check out his fenders in "fab" Neil "BuiltFordTough" getting a tan. hopefully convinced him that the TTB is hopeless, and swap in a 3-LINK Jeep HP D30, running radius arms and a trac-bar, a la 79 full-size Bronco. speak to the man on his home terms. And Andrew for the too-easy K&N filter re-location out of the water gulping box, up on top on the valve cover. if there is water going in, in front of the windshield, i'll shut 'er down. it was so easy, the next job was graded with an emphasis on determination. beat apon the busted-off ,re-enforced, grade8, nut hangin off the back, chisel duller, up against the diff tube, spun off, front LOWER TRAC BAR BOLT. man, those things are just hatefull. I'm going over axle as soon as i can. the pics
