well i havent posted anything in awile so i guess its time. rocker guards are 4x4 angle with 2x3 tubing flared at the rear to force trees away from my flares and towards the outside of the rear tires rear bumper is 3x5 tubing with rounded corners made from 10" sch 80 pipe and the part right behind the flares is 2x3 tubing flared out to match the rocker gaurds the front bumper is 2x3 tubing. the winch plate is 1/4 plate i just bent it like a warn one kinda and welded the stinger to the top of it. capped the end of the stinger with 1/8 top and bottom but the bottom i cut a 2" hole and ran a couple beads around the hole for the hook to mount on. picked up a cobra 29 from a friend, finally a cb again. i'm not a fan of anything on my dash and beleive it or not i'd rather cut a coil spring suspention out of my jeep before i will but holes in my dash so up it goes. just took a piece of 1/8 stainless bent it to fit the angle of the windsheild frame and come out flat notched the plastic trim piece and it was done.

Hey I like the rocker guards(well the whole jeep really). Do they sandwhich the sill or are they attached to the underside floor/body mounts?

Year one, everone stuck in the frozen bog from 5 pm till 3 am. Both YJ's blown up.....ugggggg Year two, I blow out my balljoints on one side, takes out the axle shaft, once fixed the other axle shaft snaps because the wheel was frozen......out at 1 am....... The rocker gaurds sandwich the rocker and are attached thru the floor. But not to the body mounts.
