I take it you got it running OK - did you find the problem?

all is done but replacing the ripped CV boot. have to run over to my boss's place and pick up his CV boot clamp pliers in half an hour, and I'll have 'er done. it's a nice feeling to have a rig that I can actually do something with...

What an awesome day on an awesome trail! Great to see our valley friends and meet new ones from afar - nice to put faces to some of the familiar names on the board! Thanks to Mr. Cranfield for having us and guiding us safely through the trail! I'll be working on downloading my pics and vids and hopefully will have them posted soon. ...and congratulations to D12 for winning the prize for dirtiest Jeep! Here's what mine looked like by the time I got home, Richard... ;D Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Not much for carnage...did hear a few folks say they "grazed" a tree...must be the same one I smacked my right door mirror against - no damage, though.

There is another tree on CR that's worse than the one on Tia's, that's the one Jeff is asking about.
Sounds like you all had a great day!

Yup, great time and a great day on the trails. Thanks to John C. for land access and the Valley crew for hosting a few city guys.
I'm getting more used to the highway and where to stop for stuff, not minding the drive down lately, it isn't that far. I dragged the CJ back from Berwick last week to the backside of Dartmouth in 1 hour 17 minutes. Learning going to the Valley to wheel doesn't have to be a giant event. for this run we left my place at 9:20, and were home at 6. Pretty good.
