I was actually able to use a combination of compression fitting to pipe thread adapters, then a pipe adapter to splice my lines together. The hard line took a 1/4" to 1/8npt and the plastic line 3/8" to 1/4npt. Then a simple 1/4 to 1/8npt adapter. Works great. Kind of hit or miss at crappy tire for the proper fittings. I'm sure it could be done differently, the just need to mate together.
The plastic line is NOT a standard size. 5/16" compression fittings are too small, and the 3/8" too big, however, it will crush the ferrule enough to make a good seal. I figured mine would leak because of the incompatibility, but it doesn't. Works great.
