Like theonlybull says ,cut the bolt off on both sides ,inside you won't have to spread the hanger. You can try to beat it out but i bet it will have to be pressed out and a new bolt . have fun if you're gonna drill it . If it were me .....I'd ask creepy when he comes down throwin rocks to see if he can press it out or drill it .

Been looking/curseing @ it.
Yea, going to try to cut it off, grove it and try to seperate that sleeve, than cut the remainder.
Will post tomorow on result's, hopefully after removeing this rear and removeing and instaling other rear end.

Wel rear swap didnt go so well,,,,,
Front frame bolts were poison,,,,,
Backed out with bushing sleeve, had to cut sleeve every 1/2" and spread off of bolt untill it freed from the frame than cut the head off and pried them out.
Disconnected vent line, brake line and emergencey brake cabel's and sway bar, cut abs lines off.
Need to unbolt upper shocks, reenforce frame and ready for new rear end.
Gues it's going to be nextweekend,,
Thank's for droping over and the help whiPPer, and good seeing you again jan. Jeep's now a Creepy Cherokee,,,,,,, ;D Da Dogg

Tonight started well, the passenger front leaf frame bolt came right out ;D Than I got both shackel bolts free. That was the end of going well Bushing sleve stuck to bolt drivers side, 1/2 way out now, passenger's same and not moved yet. Drivers front frame bolt, spining in the frame Thinking this may be a major pain if bushing's are gone, will have to remove spring's to replace I fear. Son removed stero and insterment cluster, replaceing with a Canadian one ;D Hope to train him to be a Jeep slave,,,,,,err I mean lover. Think I'l call this one the Marine ;D has a sticker on the back window. Da Dogg
