Actually it is going to be a full on rock buggy there will be no body sticking out past the tires front or rear the wheel base is only 18 inches longer than my xl-7 and it does just fine on any trails that I have ran and it has a whole lot of boddy sticking out past the tires front and rear. The flop on the curse had nothing to do with the wheel base ;D all cog and this new truck has a way lower cog And why not go a bit longer ,there are lots down in the u.s with 120 ish wheelbase and they work .

yeah thats why I'm not to worried about it the guys down there are all starting to build them longer. we have made it as short as the cab and tire size will allow

2" x 1\4"wall with7/8"hiems lowers are53" and uppers are43" eye to eye

mite want to make some spare lowers ...there is a good chance they r going to bend ...just saying i bent mine that were sleaved over 1/2 thick and they were only 42 in long ,,,liter rig with 35 in boogers...

If you found them to be not enough, you could weld some angle on the underside the way you've got them orientated.
