i don't think that just because a "real" company put something out its good. TrailMaster or who-ever. they are out to make money, and if you can bolt it on, they will make it. there is no fore-aft structure to make up for the drop, from the pics posted. so it doesn't matter if it was welded by god. I dissed Trevor's set-up too. i "have it out for" dangerous looking rigs that will get compliance check guys looking at all of us in a negative light. that's about as personal as it gets. if someone posts up pics of what i think is crappy, you want me to say its good? or stop after one post? ya know, just to be friendly? fine, i won't post in this thread anymore.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem

Jan I have no problems with what you have to say/your input, you have built a lot of great stuff!! and i have nothing agenst that. I dont mind if ppl have good things to say or bad things, it just gives me idea's..... if i was going to build just a "rock rig" like most ppl think i am, i would have gone with long arms, and trailerd it to every trail ride. i dont really want to have monster flex. its got good flex and like i said and it rides pretty much stock. i will be more than happy to show you some pics of how i braced it all up, i have the rear arms outta it at the moment to set the pinion angle, so you'll get a good view.

When I put long arms in my rig , it had a way better ride , well worth the work for sure , whether it is for rocks or for daily driving

I'd have to agree..I ran 4.5" of lift and short arms on the TJ first...then went to LA..best thing I ever did..should have done that from the start...TJ is much smoother riding now..must be 4 years or so now that I have had em on

Motor was stock when Jason had it. He put in an AW4 from a XJ, 231 t-case, and 8.8 rear.
