Yeah, I wish we had the tooling to bend 1/4", would have saved me a lot of welding, lol. Sixer, you can bend 1/4" right?
If work won't give me the pay raise I want; then I'll take advantage of all the available benefits ;D

We certainly can bend 1/4"....as long as it's mild steel as we found out the hard way!

They seemed to work out great; no bends, but not much paint left on them, lol.

This post is a bit late, but whatever. Old seized up cherokee driveshaft I got from Bennett Torn apart I took the parts into work and used the bead blaster to clean all the rust off. It was amazing how quick the blaster worked and the difference in the look of the parts. That being said I can't find the pics, lol. I busted the retaining ring groove off the H-yolk on one side when I was smashing the u-joints out. I tack welded it in place until I could find another H-yolk, which I got from Bennett. Thanks again Bennett for all the free rusty parts ;D I traded Yotaman some rim stiffeners for the driveshaft build. I'll let him post the pics of those. We used 2" OD, 1.75"ID DOM tube to replace the stock tube. All finished up with fresh spicer joints Ran this shaft unbalanced all the way to Jeep Jam and back, no vibes and worked awesome. Matt is a professional and it shows; very high quality work
