Anybody got a lead on a spit Steve volunteered to cook. how much will the pig weigh ? I built a somewhat small version as a prototype but it hasn't been tested yet - 1/2" stainless square rod, not sure what size you would need

Actually A full grown market hog would be around 90kg dressed, avg of 45kg per side. have you contacted Jimmy Lamb?

$550 bucks min is 70 people comes with a carver dressing and apple sauce.extra $7.50 a person for sallad.Thats better then the $700 i got quoted at another place for a smaller pig and i still think thats pricy
