Quarry - I've run that trail like 10 times. Headshakers, approx 0. ;D No problemo. I have expereince on the rocks and am usually the underdog on every trail I run. I bring crap to Valley Crawl and pretty much always drive out. A reliable, albeit kinda small rig on the Quarry is no issue for me. I get a kick out of running the same stuff way bigger rigs run. The LJ was the first over the camp's rockpile, unassisted clean pass. 2nd run took a hilift and a tug. 3rd run during RTI, clean pass. Anyone else running 33's do this?

LOL totally not upset! Both the Jeep and I survived our Monday morning adventure. The trip into downtown just didn't end quite as originally intended And I have a hell of a story! It's a great Jeep though, and I enjoyed (most of) my time behind the wheel!

Rock shadow pic turned out pretty cool ;D
The LJ worked awesome at Jam! The factory tracloc even worked on occasion, lol.
Too bad about the tire; darn aluminum rims. Glad Beth only ended up with a good story and a little lost time.

Bump!
Little white LJ is getting some quality time in the bigtop tent while the buggy hogs the shop.
Good start on 'er for Jam this year.
Replaced draglink and a unit bearing, oooh exciting! Steel stuff bolted on last year all needs paint bad.
Last night, got the knuckles off and ground out for RCV's. And got the used RCV's cleaned up and the boot popped off, ready for install.
Replacing balljoints this afternoon, investigating sloppy D30 backlash, and a clicky lockrite (will prob have to shim it tighter), and at least one bad joint in the front d-shaft double cardan.
Nice out, hope you are all outside working, and not hunched over in your basements in front of the computer. lol

cleaning up the dirty used RCV's. Undercoat on the booties, the horror! ;D clean. Pecks sent me up some new bolts too. Thx! need to make that thing fit in flush and centered. it fits now, I took a bit extra out too. bolt heads are the tightest spot Ta-Da! Crane knuckles? Nope, just some left over Chevy orange and a late night! you have to put the booties in the knuckle, then put the shaft thru the unit bearinghole, then unitbearing, then pop the bootie on. Wasn't too bad. in the bigtop, going back together. This is Len's fault. ;D He pulled me off a snow covered stump a couple of years ago, and I didn't have the bottom frame bolts in. He bent my frame! Just kidding of course. But that's what happened. Test fit the bumper, and never finished. It needs those TMR frame mounts, or I might make some myself. Need to make a back bumper with a hitch, so I can tow my camper.

Just want to have the option, for the couple of times a year I'd be towing a car trailer to the same event with the Ram. LJ rated for 3500#, camper is 3100# w propane, but dry.
Really just Valley Crawl and Jam I need to bring both trailers. Hitch on the LJ will get rid of the double tow days on either side of the events. BA can drive the Ram safely with a car trailer (once I train her a bit). I'll handle the LJ/camper combo.
And sometimes ya want to get away from it all, I can grab the Jeep/camper, take it somewhere off the beaten path, and go exploring.
Just nice to have the option.

I still like your double-tow idea.

I never checked that out yet, but I will!!!
Was thinking put a hitch on the back of the car trailer and double tow the camper....gotta see if its legal.
