in nb if your first trailer is a 5th wheel, you can tow a trailer behind your trailer That's how big rigs tow two trailers in NS isn't it?

Thats a pilot program theyve been doing in Nova Sctia for a few years with some of the carriers, there lots of conditions like route max speed of 90 kph, weather conditions, and other stuff, they have to be registered anl licenced to tow the combination.

I'm assuming the commercial laws don't apply to recreational vehicles anyway. Non commercial campers and car trailers are going to be covered by MVA.

Was on Scott's lift yesterday for most of the day. The broken: - removed really bent belly pan and burned off stock trans skid, found destroyed trans mount. (fawk a torch, I like my plasma) - exaust is rattling, rubbing on oil pan and a broken mount. (Not loud rotten exaust, just moving around) - removed front-dshaft. siezed in place, couldn't barely get it out from between the yokes. slip spline froze. - rear lower control arm really bent the fixes: - reinstalled a good d-shaft I had, the original stocker I got warranty'd when I bought the Jeep. - cut a bit off the exaust for clearance. - installed mint belly skid. - installed Warn trans/oil skid - freebie from Scott via Ray, so thx Ray! - replace upper ball joint, and press the bottom in all the way. (the RCV's in/out the second time is WAYYY faster, no prob once you know what u are doing) - new trans mount from PartsSource at 4:45pm Sat. Good service there. - replaced LCA with a stocker. They aren't hard to find! lol - inhaled a bunch of BBQ miniburgers and a tasty vodka drink for supper. MMmm, thx Scott! AND I did my first tow with the Cummins!

- installed rear LED's. - EP26 flasher on order from Diesel Auto Electric in Burnside. - installed plate light - made new antenna holder, painted and mounted - new CB co-ax cable end fittings and antenna bulkhead. Routed cable thru door (W grommet) so no cable sticking out over the rail. - rear bumper painted, grd8 bolts, and frame tie-in supports all in and painted. - squirted some Krown up around the rear body mounts and across the bottom of the body, inside under the tailgate. The LJ has an extra gas tank crossmember, so the tank is not mounted right to the rear crossmember, like a TJ. You can stick your hand up between the tank and rear crossmember, say about 5".

2nd try.... beat the rear crossmember flat again Just can't bolt this on. Sticks out too far, and hangs too low. bumper has good mounts, and after looking at it more, recalled I made it easy to add a receiver to, on purpose, for such a time as...right now. Added hitch and boxed it in 7way and safety chain tabs First tow, took it up the pit to shake out the trailer out to Scotts for the underbelly work rear LCA bent bad new one from random box in parts barn exaust was hanging into oil pan and rattling everywhere...all because of this one bracket. easy fix, not pretty, but easy. removed really bent belly skid, the trans mount fell out and hit the floor. maybe that was rattling too? Made a parts run into town and grabbed a trans mount. Replaced skid with a fresh one Added Warn oil/trans skid, hand-me-down from Ray via Scott. Thx guys, I'll use it. Ready to be destroyed once again. ;D Also installed a ball joint that night at Scott's. Thx! Back home....designed a rear bumper to frame brace. cut access in back of frame for the bolts, and to clean inside the frame. mounted up the supports. These only fit LJ's. The TJ's are different.

now for those damn rusty tub rails.... Elbow grease, diluted CLR, and steel wool, a couple of hours later.... cripes. That was metal-etch primer'd, ($17/can) and Tremclad spray bombed, one year ago. Sucks ass. back all cleaned of poodle tears as well. marked out the LED grommets. 4.75" holes, if you are doing this job with 4" lights. turn the plasma down, and it barely burns the paint. Need a steady hand tho. If you can weld, you can do this, not much different. Not like a torch and all that snapping and popping and destroyed paint. hid the plate light wires in that hole, drilled thru to rear harness (not drilled thru rear harness ;D ) and wired it in. cut off the antenna connector, bought a new one. Routed the coax thru the door, added a grommet. No more coax sticking out over the tub, out from under the tops. plate holder and lite clean and tidy
