Tis a sharp looking jeep ! Now you have to actually wheel it I have wheels and tires arriving this week at some point, feel free to join the East Chezz chapter for a rip some weekend. If not, July Club run should be fun.

Right on Len, being an alumni of Lower East Chezz myself, I wouldn't mind getting out.
A couple small repairs to do and I'll be good to go. Some steering components are wearing out and I need to replace a ujoint in a front axle. I'm running one of my spares now and it's a small ujoint type...doubt it will like the 12.5 wide tires. Minor stuff

That is a nice round of upgrades man, and will make a capable jeep even better. Scottie definetly made you some pimp additions.
Looking forward to seeing you on the trails again

Thanks for your reply. I might lengthen the UCA a small bit to see if I can get it any better. It doesn't need much. Maybe even half inch drop in transfer case until I can get a SYE.
Some of the vibes "might" have been from the busted diff gears/tracklok so once the rear end is rebuilt I will know what's left to work on.

That chart is not very good. 1st one is just wrong, will dry out the joints. they need some degree of difference.
2nd is perfect.
4th is what you have. Your pinion angle is for a double cardan joint...you only have a single joint.
tilt the pinion down to match the angle coming out of the t-case, not pointing right at it.
Which will then bind the joints and you need a double cardan joint at the t-case, but they don't have a slip-yoke. So you need a fixed yoke, which means you need a hack n tap fixed yoke, or a SYE kit with a fixed yoke.
go to Billavista's driveshaft article on pirate4x4. Tech section, not the forums.

Thanks gentlemen. It's pretty ugly eh.
Looks like I'll be dropping the transfercase until a SYE is found. And then mod a driveshaft to fit.
Your comments are appreciated.
