Don't want to kill the sale, but its a big concern. You kinda need to do a custom cage to run it. That's why the one I have is sitting behind my shop and not on the LJ.
It looks nicely made, still worth snatching up.

Although, this isn't the same top, this company - www.gr8tops.com/ shows pics of their top where all you remove is the "kicker" part of the rollbar. click on gr8t photos link on left

Yeah...that isn't a rollbar anymore. It is unsupported in all directions. The door bars going to the windsheild frame are to mount softop frames to, and to keep the windsheild from rattling. they provide very little structure.
Stock cages are bare minimum for keeping the occupants of the vehicle from being crushed, and a spot to mount the shoulder belt. It really needs the back bars

The top is in very good shape, the tonneau cover is homemade with plywood covered in fiberglass and painted I believe but done right with weather strip etc. Will find out more today with a phone call... I think he just removes the "kicker bars and the top goes on but I'm with Creepy as far as making a proper cage if I was to run the top.

The asking price is $400 o.b.o and the tonneau fits on jeep the same as the top and seals nicely. He will move a fair amount as he wants gone so PM me if serious. He also has a set of Half Doors for a LJ that are mint mint with sliders etc... I seen these but never got a pic but are near perfect....

He was asking like $1400 so they have dropped.Getting to be a fair asking price now. They are pretty much new and probably paid big money from dealer for them....
