I took the time this weekend to upgrade the seats in my TJ. The original seats had to have the hinges welded in a couple of spots which meant no adjustments except sliding up and back. I found a set of 2006? Tiburon black leather seats that have the manual adjust with tilt back, lumbar adjust and seat height adjustment. The price was right for $40 for the set at a local junk yard (Pash's Auto Salvage). The passenger side seat has a little scuffing at the top of the seat with a small tear. I will have to see what it costs to have an upholstery shop fix it. The new seats have a lot longer slide on them so I can damn near slide it back until it touches the rear seats to get some extra leg room. The TJ seat brackets mounting studs are only 11" wide and the Tiburon had a mounting width of 17". I had some 3"x .25" galvanised flat bar laying around so it made perfect brackets to mount the seats to the original TJ frame. Didn't turn out too bad at all and they are mega comfy. lol Aaron
