Was pulling the tranny pan off to change the filter and found a leaking cooler line. It was leaking under the plastic clip. I was planning on putting in a piece of 3\8 line with a compression fitting and a new clip, but I can't get a plastic clip in Sydney anywhere. I got the local radiator shop to solder a piece of 3\8 into my fitting, so i can put in a rubber tranny line Flared the cooler line put in the rubber tranny line Think the ol jeep needs rockers? lol Adam has a plan! Cut out the old inner and outer rockers.... what's left of them Putting in 2X6 square tubing. 45'd and capped on the ends Welding in the new rockers He's got them both welded in. I'm pretty happy with them. Adam does good work. Thanks man! We still gotta put a couple patches on the floor, nothing major. It's almost ready to roll...

Hey that's coming together. It'll be a nice runner once you get the typical stuff done. Rockers rock!
Did you flare that under the Jeep, flat backin' it? Been there, done that with brake lines, no fun. The flare you made is nice.

Pulling the trans pan off with the friggin dip stick attached was pretty sucky tho!!

We were trying to use the 'ol flux core, but it was blowing holes all over the place! lol Adam borrowed a mig with gas to get the job done. Didn't have the rite plug to plug it in so we had to rig up the welder extension cord directly into the electrical panel. I got all the stuff here to put in the rite plug..... except for the plug itself. gotta pick one up tomorrow.

I was taking the jeep in to get inspected and on the way there one of the front calipers seized up on me. They were watching me come across the icey parking lot with one front wheel completely locked up!! Funny stuff! Still got my sticker tho.
