My little helper getting a lesson on the compactor. Then trying it on her own. Almost ready. It's nice to have good neighbors, this has been a big help!

Looks great.....I thought the shop was going on the side of the old one, the first excavation pics. Is the new building going in front? Or are you just making a nice big pad?

New shop is going on the front, just excavated on the side to level it out and stop snow melt going over the wall.
Waiting for the foam insulation and pipe for in floor heat, should be pouring cement next week.

Thought it came from Parker Mountain, hauled by a Western Star in Maritime-Ontario colors.

Any issues with the 14' walls? In Ontario, the Code allowed me to design buildings with walls up to 18'4" tall without needing them engineered, here, it's 12'. I've given the Ontario design tables to a couple of the local engineers for reference. I end up sending stuff like this to Paul B. in Deep Brook for a stamp when required.

Dad drew plans for the inspector, he didn't say anything about the wall height.

We inherited this when my cousin passed away last fall. We had a few logs, so got it set up to mill out some strapping.
