Pitman arm was retorqued and lock tight today. So that isnt loose. Ok, that's good. While you are checking tracbar, check that the steering box sector shaft has no play. (the shaft the pitman mounts to, it should not have ANY side-to-side play)

Pitman arm was retorqued and lock tight today. So that isnt loose. call CVO ask for Craig Stevens, I was at CVO when he was working on a JK a while ago with this issue. He said he had the JK in several tims because the pitman arm nut kept loosening off...im not sure if lock tight solved the problem after or if he ended up buying the drop pitman arm that didnt come in the kit.

The drop pitman arm came with my kit, along with the track bar drop bracket. But I will give him a call thanks.

Had the pitman arm checked and retorqued yesterday. It was all good. Also this morning on my way here my ESC light came on and stayed on.

The 3.5 RC lift uses a nice solid relocation bracket on the axle end of the trac bar. If it was put on properly there would be no problem with it. I doubt a JK track bar with only 34k would be bad.
The new bracket raises the axle end of the bar, so that's the reason for the drop pitman arm.
Just because the nut is tight doesn't mean the the arm is tight. The nut is very close to bottoming out to start with, so if the arm gets a chance to wiggle and wear even a tiny bit the nut can be tight but not tighten the arm enough.
If the splines wear on the box you'll have to get a new one. We had one that wouldn't stay tight (even witha new superlift arm) and the fix was a new box.
What you describe sounds like pitman arm moving on splines to me, unless you do find some movement in the track bar.

So I was able to get under it today after work. Did as you said creeper. And wiggled. I could hear a faint click. Sounded like it was coming from the top of the steering box where the shaft goes in.. also at the bottom of the box where the pitman arm connects it didnt seem like it was moving much. So I thought it must be an issue with the splines on the box and the pitman arm was slipping. But I couldnt understand why the sound seemed like it was coming from the top of the box. So I busted out a long funnel to try and pin point it. And then bam. Found it. Top of the track bar so I put in a long bar to see if it moved much and sure enough it was loose, not a whole lot but with the bar more noticable then just on its own..threw the torque back on it and it did 3 and a half good turns before it was torqued. took it for a drive 100% better. Taken it for another alignment tomorrow just to make sure they have everything still in line. So I will keep you guys posted.
