My father was down and checked on the bridge today and it hasn't moved. The water had flowed over it, leaving behind some debris. One plank came off on one end and one is broken, but other than that, it's fine.

Hey great news Alan , that thing would be a little heavy to try and drag back up the river if we had to. So will we need two new boards to fix it back up again? I know we had some left over from last year in John's barn and we have to pick up some more for the bridge on Phinney which we will have to get a work party organized for in the next few weeks.
Thanks for the update Terry

I think we need just one Terry. I'll try to get down and have a look myself this weekend.

Yes there was a great team building that bridge. Alan with a great tractor, Terry with some great planks, Eric with some great lumberjack skills, Kevin with some great spikes, and John and I were there. We didn't do much, but I'm sure I did more than John. I even think Panda did more. Tee Hee Hee I'll build bridges with you guys anytime.

The bridge is all ready to go. It was just a couple pieces of side railing that got knocked loose. The approach end of the bridge got moved about 8" until it came up against a tree, the other end never moved. There was some trash jammed under it, and water had flowed over it!
