Any chance of some more details to help with decisions. I doubt that we'll be making New Year Eve as Joan is working, but I might be interested in the New Years Day run.

I've inquired about using the road before the camp and have found out it's being plowed this year! That means we have the option of doing Fraser, which involves the mountain climb. If we came in Milbury it's a maybe. There's also a run across the top of the mtn out through Outram. Since the whole run involves a short drive and lots of eating perhaps a wild spend the day doing recovery's trail is not in order. Alan,Terry and I discussed doing Bear River as it's a pretty area. No people to offend as it's on the farm land. There's also a few trails down there we can do. Depending on the weather perhaps we should do a plan A & B with B being around here for bad driving conditions. We have never gone down to the western end for a run. It appears that we are not in for any massive amounts of snow but lets not forget this is N.S Lets throw out idea's and see what people want to do. If a lot of people are staying at the camp overnight, then it makes perfect sense to have a local run.

We won't be coming this year, but we might try and drop by for a while. I'll be there for breakfast and the run though.
Kevin, Terry was thinking of the winter run in february down by the brook, but I've got lots of other winter trails, so either or both will work.
I didn't get the bridge secured before the snow hit, so we need to make a run in there sometime anyway.

OK Akan, clear as mud! I was only half paying attention when you guys were talking. I thought you ment this News years Days run.
Perhaps we had better keep it closer to the camp. I'll check out a couple of area's. I'm sorta keen on doing the trail around Elliot Lake comming in from Mt Hanley and out through Outrum. We could then all head down to Cape and Sand for a big beach fire and food fest.
