How is it you still have this? I know my buddy kicks his ass for buying a ranger when this is what he wanted. But we didn't think you would still have this so he didn't try to sell the ranger.
Interested in a trade j/k.

Interested in a trade j/k. Perhaps your buddy hasn't seen the for sale poster in the first post in this thread? Posted it up a couple of weeks ago. Truck's still here, but gots ta go.

So it was just sitting there and the battery died? Ah, no. A while back the truck refused to start. Thinking it was the CPS, since we did a full tune-up on it last fall (coil, wires, plugs, etc.), I would keep trying to start it. having had the CPS dealio in the Cherokee, I knew it was just a matter of hitting the right spot to get it to start. Unless, of course, you come to find out, after a couple of weekends of trying to start it - all the while draining an old battery down - that the coil, in fact, was dead. Enter a replacement coil and so she starts right up again. All's fine until the rad gets fragged - a couple weeks later, the rad is replaced and nada - not a kick, just ticking. Dead battery - actually, an old battery, drawn down too often and not allowed to recharge. Enter the new battery and she runs like a top again - smoother than ever. Boy, I'll bet you're glad you asked...LOL
