Thankfully I was in the 50% who didn't suffer damage. Bobby's front axle puked a CV on the driver's side. Jan's brother's MJ had a detached lower control arm. I think that we had a good time; I did. I was amazed by Jan's ZJ. The trail we were on had lots of rock piles that showed it's abilities. Hopefully by X-mas a few more folks will visit and get muddy. I know there were a few pics too.

thks Jan the only pick of my ride was the devistation, for the best anyway, a stocker Zj is kinda boring, anyway, really glad we could make it out, look forward to it next time,
one question Jan, what should I do for shocks, if i were to do a similar set up to yours?
thx again Bobby

here ya go. Bobby, Jonnie, and Al. my shocks are nothing special, 0 to 3" lift Skyjackers. You can get a set from any of the vendors for around $250. mine are too soft, get something different. oh, and I ditched the dogbone.

I'm thinking that behind the airport may be a place to go. I was gun-shy of the place since the attack. There is a rock that my friends call JEEP Killer. I was racing out there, way too fast I may add, and while passing a guy in a Toyota; it appeared. The rock they call JEEP killer. It jumped up bit my front tire blowing it off the rim. Following back it brock my spring pack, shock, shock mount and blew the tire on the rear. The rear 8.25 was sitting there...at an angle it shouldn't have been on. Anyway blah,blah,blah....the airport still scares me. But in a group we'll have fun. We'll just need a look-out for that rock......

It was the same spot, but we went in on Intervale, and came out the same way, instead of Loch Lomond. There is also an exit to east bay (gillis rd? can't remember name.), one behind east bay hall, and one just b4 Ben Eoin ski hill, with a little sawdust pit.
The pic of the radio tower is just beyond the picnic park in Ben Eoin, same side on rt.4.
I'll check out the old strip mine at x-mas with johniemac, and who-ever else.
