Here's something that we are all supposed to have and I have seen a few Jeeps in the woods without them in place. Tow Hooks Front And Back......... So please have tow points on your rig so we can get you or us out Safely. Roy Well said. I think that if you dont have tow points you should be refused access to Club runs. ;D

A rear is good to have but a good hitch will work just as well. Rob

Last thing I want is a strap coming back at me because it was hooked on the bumper or something unsafe. No Hook No Go

A hitch is a tow point Rob. As long as you dont use the ball.

oba, air tools, welder, (and enough parts to make a stick welder), vise mounted to the receiver, spare axles (never used them but often lent out), u-joints for everywhere, drop pitman arm, uppper and lower balljoints and press, power steering box, tie-rod, drag link, all fluids, and all the tools, nuts and bolts I can think of - probably more but that's most of it

Tool box w/ Socket Set, Wrenches, First Aid, Adjustable wrenches, Screwdriver set and miscellaneous nuts/bolts. Storage Compartment w/ Bow Saw, Chain Hooks, Axle Jack, bungee cords. Hi Lift w/ some accessories. Backpack with extra clothes including rain gear, booster cables, more first aid, tire plug kit, tow straps and shackles, pressure gauge. Usually I'll pick up snacks and water before the run and specifically plan for the run itself. There's usually lots of fresh water that I'm willing to drink around here, so a water bottle will suffice. You can always boil it if you don't think it's safe. My JK doesn't have a rear seat (unless I have to cart around some family and then it comes right out afterwards) since it's only me and the co-pilot on most trips. That leaves lots of space for extra gear.
