Just put 1100kms on the Dodge this weekend to Richibucto, Fredericton and parts unknown in NB. Averaging 22 mpg. RTFO. Side note... Danette mentions that the headlights on the Ram suck. "Maybe some extra lights?" Put the Roo lights on last night. ;D Interesting note: The Creepy-built light bar was fabricated to fit the 2007 Ram, 2nd model year of the new body style. It is integrated into the front tow points, and they lined up PERFECTLY on the 2005.

Picked up this 2004 GMC 2500 Duramax in PEI last week. The dash showed 10.5L/100 driving on the highway empty, and 16L/100 towing the camper. My old Durango got about 18L/100 empty! I'll have to run a few tanks thru to see what the actual mileage turns out to be.

Very nice 6er! I bet it tows like a dream. Oh you have no idea how nice it is to set the cruise when you get on the highway and not slow down or shift down for an entire drive..... ;D

Got some wheels and tires: This was when I picked her up Refinished rims: Before (I got these from Rod. They were absolutely trashed from years of hard wheeling with him and before that from Dave Montgomery. I gave them to a guy from a place called WheelWorx) After with tires : With tires/rims, Creepy lightbar installed: All left now is the Bushwacker pocket flares for some coverage against tickets from the "man" and she is all set. A side note... Going from 265/75/17 to 35/12.50/17 caused the speedo to read 100 when GPS verified speed is 110. Factory gears are 3:73. Just took her to NB for a rip, just under 800km round trip and averaged 14.6L/100km. Basically the same mileage as before the bigger tires. Not what I expected at all. Maybe the higher relative gear ratio from the bigger tires ? Your thoughts?

how much do they charge per rim? Usually around 100 but these were really bad so they were 120. I am into these rims for about 2/3 of what they would have been new. Got the black centers and lug nuts from CVO (Thanks Bob) ;D
