hey guy's I guest everybody know my little YJ. I not happy with my stock Holley 650, I need something more extrem to suit Chantale driving style I realy like Carbs because you can fix them easy, I'm looking to buy a new Holley truck avenger 670, for $349 US. What do you think There is my engine: 4.7L stroker 6 inline jeep engine, oversize valve, cam, header, 4 barrel intake, MSD Box, Mallory Distributor, accel super coil+wires, roller rocker Etc... preesently 230HP,280F/Lbs Torq on engine Dyno I know that injection is the best but it is a lot of money and time to install and if it breaks in the wood My view is simple: Carb's not as good as injection but cheap and simple, now the ? is which one to buy? Thanks Eric

with the setup you have switching to the old renix style injection is the way I would go...should be able to pic up the peices you need on the cheap...as far as reliability....well I only evr broke down once in the woods and all it turned out to be was a balast resistor ...a $5 part that I now carry spares for...

I'm currently running Edlebrock and changing to Truck Avenger this weekend. The new carb has been sitting on my bench now for a few weeks eatin me alive! Well I'll be doing comparison and writeup with pics if you're interested they'll be posted on our site. I'm running AMC360 by the way. Henri www.teammodsquad.com
