My floor in 19 yj is starting to look a little scary. What do you guys/gals recommend to patch this. Also after this is done, has anyone had any pros and cons on Rhino lining the interior?

Bailing water was fun...once. Spent the weekend tearing out the carpet and pressure wasshing the inside. About 1/8" of sludge left from that swamp water. Smelt like sweaty socks. That's when I noticed the natural drain holes that have formed. I think most of the floor plugs just fell out around rust. Do you know anyone that can do the floor? i think I only need driver and passenger floor done. Rest looks OK.

Rino lining is the best! did this to my old CJ. If you can spray it on with the compresser it does a neater job IMO. and finally make sure you sand the floor etc pretty well, it says to use 220 grit, i used 100 just to give it that extra roughness to stick to. if you miss a spot sanding the liner wont stick to it, so take your time.

Thanks. I think it would make it easier to clean too. This sounds like a summer job.

I did mine in the summer....took all the insides out of the jeep, top off and so on. Makes it easy to get all the tight spots in the tub.

First, I need two floor panels welded in. Know, anybody with steel connections and a welder?

Steel for some floor repairs I can get. However, I am not known for my "good welding"....

Well, not that secure. But you are right, as long as I don't see the ground and feel the wind.
