Where is the best place for soft top repair in the city of halifax or dartmouth. Sustained a small hole in my top clearing Burnt Lake Trail. The hole is not big, looks like a pencil sized branch poked through. Funny the rain we are getting is not finding its way through.

Dynamic Glass in Sackville. Can't recall the number right now. Did great work on re-stuffing the seat in my Cherokee.
And before folks balst me...
He and I chatted and it turns out he's done quite a bit of custom canvas work for guys with boats.
This might be a good place to start Mark. Then again, I my info may suck, since I have a steel roof...LOL

I'm surprised that is the only damage you sustained mark. Some of the branches we were plowing through made some terrible scratching/creeking noises on my hard top as I was passing through. I was cringing at the thought of your soft top passing through.

Those soft-tops are remarkably tough. I've seen plenty of branches gouge paint, yet roll right off the soft-tops.
BRAINSTORM!
I'm going to have the roof of the Comanche covered in vinyl!

Hi Mark There are 2 places in Halifax that may be able to do that type of work. Try Apple Auto Glass on Kempt or Ram Vinyl repairs. Ram are in the book and they are completely mobile. Bruce

Still trying to get top fixed. Phone tag with Ram Vinyl and Apple recommended Ram. Any other suggestions would be helpful. Do not want to remove soft top until it is fixed. I will try ripsaway after xmas.

If the tear isn't too large Mark I'd use a tent patch on it.

Care to tell us the price Mark? One of these days if I put the top back on, I'll have to get mine fixed... of course, I ripped it last new years day on Burnt Lake, so I'm clearly not in a huge rush! Bill
