Mine the solenoid goes, 400 kodiak I can see that. The solenoids on these bikes were in a terrible spot beside the rear tire. Exposed to all the crap I'll put the solenoid up by the engine close to the momentary switch.

Now that is cool. cant wait to see it out running a trail, or the yard. lol I'll settle seing it out of my shop!!! No exhaust so it was freaking loud! No back pressure so it didn't like running but at least it feels like I'm getting somewhere. Funny how a person can do all the steel work but it takes the engine running to make it feel like things are happening..... Have to pull it apart again . But this time the kids will be helping with the assembly

MAn I like having a lathe at home! Considering I'm not a machinist I had to consult with a machinist buddy of mine (thanks for the advice Chad) I went home and turned an adapter from a piece of 1.25 square stock. Uploaded with ImageShack.usTHe idea is that the 4wheeler output is internally splined. Since I don't have the old shaft I had to make an adapter that I can slide into the yoke and weld on. Uploaded with ImageShack.usNext I took some square HSS cut and welded to the old t-case yoke and slipped it over the adapter and voila! Square driveshaft connecting the 4wheeler to zuk case! Quite short but works well. Uploaded with ImageShack.usLast week I made an old fashioned gas pedal ;D Uploaded with ImageShack.usI also had to make a seat slider because my daughter is quite a bit taller than my son. Uploaded with ImageShack.usAll this small stuff is very time consuming!!!
