Boat sides are really cool looking!
Only thing I would consider is some sort of door protection. Boat sides make it a little difficult to set up highlifter on the side. Also when you are crawling and the jeep is leaning you are going to need that door protection.
Looking forward to seeing the outcome!

I never thought of that...I better get some glue and start putting it back together lol I never had door protection, why would I need it now?? my rock rails didn't protect my doors. I will miss hi-lifting my Jeep from the side...but there are solutions for that! Malcolm spent more time cutting last night, removed the center body mount and fixed it up some (it was bent to crap) to be re-mounted back and up some...While MLC was cutting I was grooving my Creepy Crawlers and they went from 5/32 to 15/32 Jeff

Holy crap Jeff, you sure you weren't cutting the belts? that's a hell of a lot of meat man. were they marked "regrooveable" from the factory?

That's looking really good. The KM2s look like they are a fair bit taller than the CCs.

I was thinking the same thing... what is the 'true' measure on the KM2's?

They looked that way till I put the KM2 on the Jeep and they were very close, KM2 was maybe a lil' taller. + the CC only has 5 psi in it.

So is the bottom of the boat side getting welded to the frame?

So is the bottom of the boat side getting welded to the frame? Nope, it's welded back to the bottom of the tub. No paint Rod...woodgrain Mack Tack lol Jeff
