Post up your pics of home made tools or equipment... Here's an adjustable height rollerized support stand for the bandsaw. its made from some scrap, a CJ roll bar, an XJ CA bolt, and some 1.5" sch40. The stock feeds smoothly into the bandsaw and adjusting the cut length is a breeze now.

Great Idea . I have thought about starting this same thread a few times The "shin debarker" Cutting table . 4X4 with a 16 in X 4 ft 1/2 plate . I mounted a vice to it later on I have a pic ( I can't find it now ) of the adjuster tool I made for doing 8.25 gears . Its a 3/4 in piece of pipe , 4 ft long with a 1.25 in nut welded to it , and tapered so it can not push through the adjusters . I was also going to make a dolly , for pounding out dents , I cut the metal for it , I just never welded it together

This was one of Paul's creations. For tightening the adjusters on Toyota diffs and setting the proper torque to them. Old 30mm pinion nuts, some small bolts and a piece of flat stock. Made 2 years ago, still using it today For regular toy diffs: and for the toy e-locker diffs:

you can get a disc for a tablesaw at busy bee - got one, works well but tablesaw is too fast and if you're not careful you'll burn wood -

Len will be here momentarily... I, however, wouldn't dream of further derailing a thread.

18 mm NV3550 drain plug remover. I didn't have an 18 mm hex socket, or even an 18 mm bolt. Took a 19 mm bolt and ground it to fit the drain plug, and welded a nut on the other end to use in a socket. You can double nut if you don't have a welder, but the weld holds better.

I made these springs compressors. They work great as long as your're not trying anything crazy. Attachments:
