Since I have an inability to keep the bench in my old garage clean I refuse to build any in the new section!

I should get photos of the bench in our barn/shop. it is about 10' long, and the only space there is, is in between stuff on the top. it is the only bench we have in a 28'x36' building, with tool boxes on the other side because there isn't any good place to put them closer to the bench. tools often will be laid on the floor, which is dirt, or in milk crates, or on the wood "shelf" which is the remaining section of the old floor, which sits about 14-16" about floor level.

I waited and watched for someone to be redoin a kitchen-and pounced on their cupboards! I even have an old teacher's desk (used for paperwork, books, reading), a 7' table for clean work, a 10' kitchen cupboard for my gardening stuff-planting,seed storage and the like, a 2'x2' moveable 3'high stand for whatever(usually fishing equip). I also use a BBQ without the burner area and a piece of plywood monted as a moveable tool holder.

Since I have an inability to keep the bench in my old garage clean I refuse to build any in the new section! I asked Jan once how to keep my garage as organized as his... I remember him saying to keep workbench to a min. You can only use a couple feet and the rest becomes a shelf.
