Looks like the 1st one I had from PA. It leaked down if I left it under the vehicle so I traded it for a part aluminum/part cast one. Might have just been the one I had, I've had great service with PA though. The other one in the flyer doesn't lift very high does it?

My old man has a PA jack - has a dual stage lift, has had it... wow... likely almost 10 years. As far as I know it still works fine.

I have one as well, I have never had a problem with it. And the height is nice.

Excellent Jack! I picked one up the last time they were on sale however I had to wait almost a month and a half as they could only give me a rain check.

Don't ever cheap out and buy the small 2.5 ton Cdn Tire model that comes in a carrying case. I had one that fell over, luckily I wasn't under it. I went straight out and bought a 3.5 ton model, also a Cdn Tire product. I can't say just why but I have the distinct impression that "Power Fist" is a Chinese word meaning crap

Power Fist might mean crap to you but to me it means lifetime warranty. I agree some if their stuff isn't as good a quality as snap on or rigid but at the end of the day PA does stand behind their stuff. There are certain things I would not consider buying Power Fist but for the most part IMO Power Fist isn't all that bad.

DO NOT get under something that's only held up by a jack......... USE JACK STANDS !!! ok, rant over..... the PA stuff is great for a limited use tool.. it may not be a fast, or as good as strap-on. but atleast PA will honor the warrenty...
