Congrats on the win. Now that you don't have to worry about what the 'scale says'... you should consider gaining muscle mass. Lift heavy weights with some intensity. This will increase your metabolism and you will actually burn more calories each day as your body tries to repair the muscle. This will allow you to consume more food without gaining fat... you will become a bit heavier but not in the mirror or by pant size You may want to keep this thread going for the motivation. Good luck.

WHAT A WEEKEND.
I ate like an overweight depressed rock star.
Thursday Subway for lunch Pizza for supper
Friday Steak and Stein for lunch, MC Donalds Quarter pounder meal for supper
Saturday Subway, Root Beers, Beers, Pepperoni's, Cheese, Chips, Dips, Crackers, Late night Pizza
Sunday Chinese
It was fun, tasted great but hardly worth it. I don't feel nearly as good as when I was exercising and eating right. In the end, no amount of food can make you feel as good as you do when you look in the mirror and see progress.

IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN!!!!!!
BIGGEST LOSER AT WORK HAS STARTED UP AGAIN!!
This time I have 70 days to lose as much weight as possible.
To recap, last year I started at 221.5lbs (naked) and won the competition by losing 30lbs.
This year I'm starting at 214.4lbs (clothed, I was 209 naked this morning) so I actually kept a few pounds off! I hope to lose another 30 maybe a smidgen more to 34lbs to get me down to an even 180.
So if we break it down, that's 3.4 pounds/week
Last year I did 3.8 pounds/week
Time to dig out the old Exer-cycle, pushup chart, home gym and calorie counter. Oh and we can't forget the garbage bag sweat suit that probably still smells like taco's!!
The great thing is, I'm starting out lighter, which will yield me a greater percentage lost at the end of it.
HERE WE GO!

I'll play too. I don't actually know exactly how much I weigh at the moment but I will check at the gym to see how much I want to lose.

I'm guessing you'll want to loose about 165lbs (that's how much Trevor wieghs LMAO) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I say we all weigh in all on the same scale and you need to be in the SAME clothes on final weigh in, I say skivies! No 20lb weights in your pockets eh!
