Why not make it into your shop? Or is it too crappy for that?

simple, jack it up, put a door in each end...... then you can drive through it to your garage..... or, pour a pony wall about 3' high, and move the building ontop of it..

Yeah, its rough, but a coat of paint and less than $100 in a few sheets of chipboard would go a loooong way. Dry storage, you could park 3-4 rigs in there (square footage wise, not that it would be safe for the load) Parts shelving galore and also room left over for the lawnmower, etc so you don't have that stuff in the new garage. Yup, I think you are nuts to throw away usable items you already own, that's not how a fella gets ahead in my mind.
Did you actually call NSP and ask how much an extra pole is? Cause I hear #'s like $50-$300. Not worth getting rid of storage to me. I'd keep the shed even if the extra pole was getting into a couple grand.
But of course, its your new home, so if clawing the shed to bits with an excavator is what you want to do.....giv'er! I'd just hope you make sure what running power to your new shop will cost with/without the old shed there. If you tear it down and then find out it only cost another $500 to run power past it, it would be a shame to loose the storage.

House is already maxed out with 100 amp. The garage is calling for 150 amp . I will still have lots of lumber left over for a good shed. Someone please take the damn thing
