you build these way too fast awesome The main part of the chassis comes together pretty quick. It's getting the suspension and all the other little things mounted that take the time. Rue The 90/10 rule: The first 90% of the job will be done in 10% of the time, and the last 10% of the job will take 90% of the time. Details always take the most time.

Details don't have to take a long time - body panel tabs. 82 of 'em it turns out. :0

Didn't get as much done this week, had to try and get the yard cleaned up a bit before the winter(get rid of some junk..LOL) Got the motor mount and the tube work for the engine skid plate made. tranny mount The tube work is mosty done on the lower part of the chassis Started on the front suspension.Have the lower links mounted got the upper axle mounts made, just have to get the upper chassis mounts figured out. I have the rear 60 all cleaned up,and the spindles bored out today so that I can put the 35 spline axles in it.Hopefully it'll have the suspension under it by next weekend. Rue

How did ya bore the spindles? We have a lathe that is just big enough to get a 60 in it. Rue

Trick stufe on the rear upper links, front too. Is it ever small! I like the way the front upper air shock mounts are turned out some, it highlights the pushed in front style. how do you measure the approach angle on that thing? heh

neat build... looks like those krawlers are good for more than just rock crawling, pretty good at picking up stray bolts as well. unless that's my eye floater acting up again.
