What all are the rims made out of? Did you lathe the centers to fit the rim hoop? how did you get the centers out? Lookin good, filling in quick. going to be tight! Rims are Mike's old rims that the irocks were on.Mike cut the 6 bolt centers out with the grinder. It didn't take him very long to cut them out.The centers that I put in them came out of my 17"s that the krawlers were on.Cut them out with the torch and then trued them up in the lathe.I still have to put the outter beadlock ring on,just wanted to make a anti-coning rings first. Rue Will you have all the bolt holes in the anti-cone rings?

No holes in the anti-coning rings.I was thinking of rolling a hoop out of some 5/8 x.250" flat bar the same dia. as the ID od the inner beadlock ring.Just something for the outter ring to come up against with the bead. Update time, been picking away at the buggy pretty steady now,and it's starting to come together.Figured I'd put a charge in the shocks and push it outside and get a good look at it(hard to see what it's looking like in my little shed). Iroks don't look much bigger than the Krawlers The rad ,fuel cell are mounted and put a tube in the chassis for a sway bar Mounted the stock fuel pump in the fuel cell Have the floor and the main part of the fire wall in.Going to leave it open in front of the foot area.Going to make some removable panels to go up along the motor.Have the shifter mounted and the battery would of been mounted, but run out of gas for the welder.I hate when you run out of gas Sat.nite just after everything just closed. man, great job!.. IT looks like your using tube this time around and not pipe? am I right? looks like you can see a seam in them.. I'm sorry to no longer see Walley when following behind your old buggy. lol (referencing your dual mufflers)..

sure it's not hand rail tubing? though it's usually 1.625" , and comes in 0.083, 0.100, or 0.125 wall. comes up as russweld, if you get it from russels
lookin' good man. pretty soon your gonna have to quit work, and start sellin' buggies lol

Love the look of the side bars and A-pillar.
The Irocs look more at home on there, they do look bigger than the Krawlers for sure.
Interior is different with the tube all up thru the middle, looks cool too! Nice seat in the middle there too. ;D Family vehicle.
