Maby valve seals if it's been sitting for a while like Jan said might just need to run a while . Do a leak down test to see if the rings are bad maby or just dump some goo in it and run it !
;D Jan has a couple ;D

Build put on hold But it is loaded with Jeep part's and the glass from my green one. ;D Loaded with the gear, I think my soft spacer up front will level it out. Thank's to Ken for the help in parts removal. Da Dogg

Well replaced the coil and that got me started ;D Wet onto bleeding back brakes, than installing new electric fan to replace the mechanical one.Removed main window controll on drivers door, there had been some repairs, so Im removeing the whole thing and replaceing. Still dont know why i have to ground starter relay to get key to work. Shock mounts on rear, new shocks for front and when the fan is installed I think Im ready for a test run ;D Da Dogg

if i remember correctly, i used a first gen Neon fan in my XJ in place of the stock clutch fan, and it had the tabs in the correct spots to fit in the XJ radiator. I`ll try to get a pic of it tomorrow
