Dog: Shut up and go lay down, it goes over and lays down on its mat and sighs. Kids: Can I help? whats that? whats this for? whats this do? why? Get off that before you fall, put that down before you drop it on your foot, watch out that's sharp. Aw man how am I gonna get the grease out of that good shirt?(your mom's gonna kill me) Get the picture I wouldn't trade it for the world. Darren

Ride awn, brother. Glad to have you aboard. Come home and build one of these things, its a great scene to get involved in, you'll need a 4 seater tho! Would be fun, but I barely have enough garage time to keep my toys in shape, let alone custom build work. Won't be too long and I'll have a handful of bikes to keep up... I did buy a new 4X4 though... I'm looking forward to the rest of the build, keep up the good work. Attachments:

If you can hack the shift work, the benefits of time off are the payback. I work 60hrs a week, all 12hr backshifts, and have to do 2 of them over the weekends per month. Envy that while you are at it. lol

Working on the doubler......need to cut the front case. This is for 90Bronco! i tried a recip on another case, but it wouldn't stay very square. Mudmagnet says this works, so I tried it. used a plywood blade. It was gummy and didn't cut well, but it worked. Liberated the drain plugs from the back case Cave-man'd the excess casting Spun 'em down to 1" and a lip, on the lathe. something like this Should be easy to weld good enough to seal. its not really structural. Milled the seal surface flat on the little mill with a nice 3 insert cutter. Drilled 1" holes for the drain plug bungs to drop into. Added 2 5/16" tapped holes to help seal to the adapter plate. Something like this!
