SO as we come into Prince George we see the city mascot PG painted up in strange make up. Guess what band is coming to town?/ I'm sure Jan is in the fan club. They have their own ARMY!

I did the drive across canada out of necessity. Three of us went 24hrs a day and it took 3 days from BC to NS. Quickest of anyone I know, and this was with some big delays with highway closures and such (I did it in December, lol!)
It was an adventure, but we only seen what was passing by, on the major highways. I would love to do it in the summer, and take several weeks to do it. The northern route you took looks simply amazing.

I was going through the pictures again and found one of my favorite finds of the trip. As you can see it is in fantastic shape(only surface rust), and no it is not for sale. It has not been off the property since the owner died a few years ago. It does run, and it does get driven on the property. Look we all used to own it!

They don't seem to send stuff to the crusher like we do here. You can find rigs all over the place if you get off the highway. Most of them had the carpet stripped out of them, and the floors semmed to be very solid. I don't know why they wouldn't be rotted out from the bottom as happens here.

I've never heard of a Fargo power wagon, google says it's true. I thought they were all branded Dodge. I'm old enough to remember Fargo though.
I've seen some of those boneyards advertise the vehicles for sale, but by the time you got it here they would be too expensive. Asking prices were high.

I was wondering how long before someone noticed it was a Fargo. I had seen pictures of them before but it was the first time I have laid my hands on one. All other had been Dodges. It is in fantastic shape. All original.

I noticed this morning as soon as I saw it, didn't have a chance to post then. Fargo's are rare, be a great one to restore.
