Worked on the drivers side inner fender more tonight. Got it tied on to the tube fender now. Inner and tube fender stitched together. A peek-a-boo from under. I mentioned before that I messed up on the this tube. I fixed it tonight. Heres a shot of tubes location before and after. Now it is inline with inner fender and there will be room for flexing! Anyone like my method for notching pipe?!??!? lol. Its the only way I can do it for now. Its time consuming but affective! Fender now off. Got to smooth out the edges. Going to grind down the exposed welds to a smooth finish. Still have to put together the outter flare. Then paint! Then to the passengerside. Inside shot

Lookin' good Trever. If you haven't already, get a flap disc to smooth out the welds.

jeez, i can get an 80 grit to last like 3 months.
you know you can sharpen them? well some of them, the ones that thread on. That's why they are expensive.
grind the plastic backing against something sharp, watch the plastic peel off until it exposes new edges on the paper flaps. works mint afterwards, like new.
