Axles, Wheels and 1/2 of driveshafts are Toy, ~30% Body and Frame is Jeep, ~40% Engine, Trans, Transfercase Chev ~30% Your Guess is as good as Mine.....
I'm assuming the insurgency doesnt Discriminate for not being full toy.......Osama Bin Rally Roach is the Leader of the insurgency.....I guess he has the say...

I'm assuming the insurgency doesn't Discriminate for not being full toy.......Osama Bin Rally Roach is the Leader of the insurgency.....I guess he has the say... LOL, wow that is just bad Membership in the Insurgency is loosely based on axles or body. Jeep (or anything else) on Toy axles = Infiltrator Insurgent Toy on any axle = Infantry Insurgent (bonus points for flat olive/tan or camo ) Also, some members of the Insurgency have been known to own/operate stock-axle Jeeps, just to throw off anyone asking.... Oh, and there are no leaders of the Insurgency. Each of us operate as independent cells, so if one goes down, the others can still operate effectively. Oh man, so far OT it ain't funny. Mo, get that Ranger finished so we can get back on the Heepota!

Structural stuff but I do everything site development, house plans, rebar detailing, concrete, precast, facilitation and even get stuff stamped.......your not trying to cut into my gravy train are you? No, my work stops 5' away from the building. Membership in the Insurgency is loosely based on axles or body. Jeep (or anything else) on Toy axles = Infiltrator Insurgent Toy on any axle = Infantry Insurgent (bonus points for flat olive/tan or camo ) I don't have Toyota axles or body but it is getting the heart of a Toyota. Does that count?

LOL, as possibly the only time I've ever seen someone intentionally putting a Toyota 4-cyl in a Jeep ...as opposed to accidentially putting a Toyota 4-cyl in a Jeep? Are Toyota 4-cyl's falling out of the sky randomly? LOL As opposed to "this is all I got that runs, so I might as well put it in my Jeep". See the Pakistani Jeep thread on Pirate for examples.

Work has been progressing on the Heepota over the last 2 months always forgetting the camera when heading out to the garage lately. Today I remembered it so this will bring the build current. Got the rad installed, but not plumbed. V-8 someday maybe.......lots of room, gonna pick up a electric fan eventually. Mike/Paul/me have frigged around with the wiring.....if it ever runs it will be a miracle. Rats nest of hoses, wires, fuel lines and other stuff I'm only beginning to get familiar with. Today the gas tank got installed in the new skid. This is some old innertube from the skidder acting as a lining for the skid. Wrapped the straps so theres no chance of abraison....anal even though the tank is like 3/8" thick HDPE..... Installed, plumbed, ready to be mated to hard lines and tied to the 4.3.... (hose clamps pending purchase.....relax...I didnt forget....) Those straps heavy enough? ...got a thumbs down from the old man.... Admired my sheet metal capabilities......made this a year ago but still like the way the tunnel cover came out....... As you were.......

I can't see those straps causing any concerns. I think i am using the same style of cheap strap from canadian tire. Here's a tip, check the resistance on your fuel sender before you put the tank up in the empty and full positions so you know your fuel gauge will work... i wish i had of, lol

Where'd ya get the twin stick boot Mo?? Jeff I got two from Ebay for around $30 shipped. One already has a little rip in it. The ones Moe has might be better quality. Mine didn't come with a steel plate either, I made one that fits inside the boot so it can't be seen.

How are these for tank straps? Started running some fuel lines, These must be stainless as they're perfect and off the '90 frame. The stainless will be too hard to flare anyone have any ideas or just get some soft steel lines and double flare and use couplers and hose clamps?
