Seam sealer I chose, goes on well, make sure the doors are open!!!!!! On the underside, outer edges to be done later when I finish the welding The same rust paint I used for the frame Time to get together Turns out it takes a lot longer to put the body on than pull them off, took about an hour to get it all lined up Hooked up the high steer arm, stock links were brand new so I just made a longer adjuster for now. I'll change the angle on the track bar later. Checking fitment on the Creepy grill, need to trim a little on the lower corners, looks badass though Next week we fire it up ;D

Man, some pile of work on that floor, its really coming together now tho.
what is with having a front trac bar? You looking to chase out the steering deflection of leaf shackles? You like it tight?

Previous owner had me install it, springs have a really deep arch causing a lot of deflection in the front shackle. Handled poorly as a result. The 6"springs are from Rusty's, they are made from 1/2 inch stock and are really stiff, if I cannot get them a little softer I will be going spring over with factory packs.

The factory packs on mine had 'er flexing pretty good. It rode nice in the woods too, not harsh or jarring at all. But I bent one by bumping the shackle into a rock. seemed pretty easy to do.

First things first, fit the creepy grill before installing the rad and tranny cooler. Easy to mount ;D Next install Rear DS and brakes 1350 series CV Love companion flanges Plug for my man Freddy McKiel, does great shafts So it turns out is is difficult to use a three row rad and the taurus fan in a FSJ, had to trim 1" and move the rad foward Fan installed with shroud Modified brackets Trimmed upper Trimmed lower Tranny cooler ready Cooler installed On to brakes, rear disks installed TJ front flex lines Now that we have brakes and cooling, time to fire it up good-times.webshots.com/video/3087645240102229463DQDNYhThe cam brake in 20 min at 2000RPM good-times.webshots.com/video/3092918120102229463UOyrsUWohoo its a runner ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thanks guys, so there is a bump in the road however. It was running kinda choppy, wouldn't idle, stall when you put it in gear ect. Check everything on my end seems fine, gets worse. Put a fuel pump gauge on it, 6-9lbs, supposed to be 15. Then the fuel pump quits. Called Howell, they tell me its dirt in the fuel tank. So the dirt made it through there filter!! Anyway they will not warranty it unless I send them the pump, they cut it open, if there is debris, no credit. They tell me the company they buy the pumps from offer no warranty!!! I can walk into any parts store and get 1 year on a pump, no questions asked. Kinda dissapointed
