here is the air setup at the compressor, with the giagantic condensor. ;D I might have missed it in the tread, but how is this setup working? Lots of water coming out of it?

yep, lots of water coming out. Its working very well from what i can tell. Never water down at the plasma drier.
For max effect, it needs to be routed differently. most of the water comes out in the tank, then the condensor gets the rest. I want the hot air going into the condensor first, and drain the majority there, then go to the the tank. I didn't get into frigging with the compressor output line yet.

Its really the purpose of the condensor to be before the tank. this way i have it hooked up is much less effecient.
I have the condensor right by the draft from the big door, the cold steel and low air velocity travelling up the tube would really pull the moisture out.
I'll get to rerouting it, didn't want to take down the compressor, you can only do so many things at once....i need the air daily.

Glad to hear it is working well! Did you fill the pipe with tin foil?

Nice ,i'm sure you'll be happy when those won't be hanging anymore . So you just spot welded those tabs after bending right ,where did you come up with the pattern to make that .....pics or cnc website?

The break lines made the bend clean, good job.

So you just spot welded those tabs after bending right ,where did you come up with the pattern to make that .....pics or cnc website? I designed it in my head, put some measurements on scratchpaper, and drew it in autocad. i made little tabs to spotweld to give "structural integrity" to the folds. The cut break-lines work very well to make accurate bends in the correct locations, you can even do it by hand, then a few taps with a hammer flattens them out. it would be real nice to TIG the bends after, i mig'd one to try it, but it was ugly and was not any stiffer than just the spotwelds, so i says "frig it" and left it alone. after a very slight buzz with a flapdisc, they are finished parts.
