that's pretty sweet.. I used to run a much larger plasma table about 10 +yrs ago in CAlgary. I used to make the duct work, it wasn't quite a sophisticated as that.. you had to program the codes for the patterns.. would of been so handy back in the day if I would of known how to program it with new designs.
I wonder how well your tips etc are going to last? have you changed any yet? how many hrs you got cutting on it yet?

Sweet werk man, look's kool. So smoke is reduced, will there still be a need for an exhaust hood. DA DOgg nope, draft hood or table was never the plan. Can't be sucking all the heat out of the shop in winter. I've only got 10 miutes cutting on the watertable, but it seems like I'm done with smoke. tip life so far has been very good, on my 3rd set of consumables since firing the torch at Xmas. And that's thru the real steep learning curve, dirty scrap metal, and no torch height control. The Powermax45 has the best consumable life in the industry for that size machine. I expect life to increase as I make fewer mistakes, guys are getting 10,000' of linear cuts on a set.

I'd say I spent $50-60 on 36 sets of consumables but only a dozen of those ceramic pieces

Movie loads good.....would like to see a full length feature, so we could pour a beer, put our feet up and relax.

I see the validity of buying a better quality plasma but for how much I use it I couldnt' pass it up. Have you used one outdoors ? Was a pain with the little bit of wind here on Sat. as well, gave up and used the sawzall - gonna have to build a garage sometime
