Alan? Anyone? I need the die from my tube bender machined to accept a pipe size. Right now it is set up for 1 5/8 tube (1.625") however I want it opened up for 1 1/4" pipe which is 1.660". See how nice and tight the die fits the 1 5/8 tube? Uploaded with ImageShack.usAnd this is the pipe size in the same die. Uploaded with ImageShack.usCan anyone mill this die out for me for the larger size? Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.us

That round die would be a pain, but can be done. I'm guessing a new die is expensive or not available?

Sure, I could do it for you. Just getting some aircraft parts finished up, could do it before something else goes in the mill.
