ROADTRIPPER SAYS:
This is a way to keep track of the things that happen to the LJ as it evolves. Enjoy. Thanks for reading/commenting. Thread starts before he owned the rig! Here's the original lift installed, and then the newer updates follow along. Finally got around to installing the New 6 inch Rough Country Lift. I installed new front upper and lower arms, new trac bar, new 6inch coils and new Rough Country shocks. Still waiting for new rear upper and lower control arms to come in, so the rear end can get shoved back. Also built a new trac bar bracket and boxed in front lower control arm brackets, and installed 2inch wheel spacers to clear new TruXus 35x12.5x16 on the factory Rubi wheels. Trac bar Trac Bar bracket and control arm braces Trac bar Front Dr side Passenger side Still have a little work and adjusting to do, but it is coming. The rear is really stiff, might change the shocks if they don't get any softer. But I will wait until a couple weeks and a couple runs before I do anything. So I ended up with 6 inch Rough Country lift and a 1inch body lift, which seem to clear the 35's nicely. Next step will be long arms, but not for a while. A big thanks to Ray for the parts and tires and Ashley for all the help in putting it together and Big Phil for the use of the garage and tools for the last two days. Jonathan

Cool, should look wicked. Could use a few more hitch recievers though, the cool kids are running 3 or 4 nowadays.

I am not gifted enough with a soldering iron to do that. I would come to you if you were willing to do it though.

You can buy a digital flasher that doesn't care if a led or bulb is at the other end.
