A very huge commendation to Andre Simons of APJ Autoumotive for donating such a thoughtfull gift celebrating your 15th years of business and dedication to the NSJC. Tia's Jeep looked great and It was cool that John Cransfield was able to use it to guide her favorite trail.
Another huge commendation to Kevin Knowles to showing such selflessness and generosity. You are a true gentlemen and it is a pleasure to know you.
Congratulations Beth Woodward, I had mentioned to Andre I hope Tia's Jeep goes to someone who would appreciate it, this couldn't have happened to a better person.
This is an extraordinary example of kindness and shows us how lucky we are to be a part of such a tight Jeeping family.
Again Andre Simons and Kevin Knowles, you are upstanding individuals and congratulations Beth, I'm sure you will keep Tia's spirit alive for all of us.

Words cannot describe the emotions that I feel for this group. What took place this past weekend only proves to me what the NSJC and all off road jeepers are about.
Andre, hats off to you, this was a great thing that you have done here.
Kevin, all I can say is that what I have seen you do for people, myself included, you are one hell of a guy and always seem to bring a smile to peoples faces and this is why I consider you a great friend. Nice job guys.
Beth, this jeep could not have gone to a more deserving person, may all your trail rides put a big smile on your face and keep it there for days afterwards.

I just heard the news.......... i was torn about parting with the Jeep, but it needed to go to a better home to be used properly.
I have no regrets as i now know it has gone to a deserving place.
Congrats to Beth!
Cheers to Andre and Kevin both for being such outstanding individuals in the jeeping community! ...............Justin

I have to admit, I'm still a bit shell-shocked over everything that has happened in the past 24 hours. I've told the story so many times, but I get choked up every time. I can't express how grateful I am for the outpouring of generosity and well-wishes from, well... everyone.
I found out that Tia's Jeep would be up for a draw at the end of the closing ceremonies about an hour before it happened. I thought, "what a great idea, I hope it goes to someone who knew her and can appreciate it". Then the last clear memory I have is drawing Kevin Knowles' name out of the container of names. Things get kinda hazy after that. I remember having a big sob while giving SuperKev a giant hug, and then it was a whirlwind of emotion/activity.
To all of you who had a hand in getting the ZJ to the state she's in, thank you. I look forward to bringing her home! To everyone who came up to me and offered hugs and words of congrats, thank you so much. I hope I thanked you all in person, but I honestly don't remember some of the conversations. To the mud-pit organizers, thank you for allowing me to have first crack at it (and after checking out my video I totally think I could have gotten farther!). To Luc, who gave me the winch he won for Trail Guide of the Year to have put on the front of the ZJ... holy crap, thank you. I didn't realize you'd done this till late last night, and you're a king for such a gesture.
And let's be honest... SuperKev, I owe you the biggest thank you of all. You did something I could never have imagined, handing that key to me. I've always known you were a great guy, but now I can honestly say that you are a kind and generous soul and I am priviledged to call you my friend.
I look forward to wheeling, and getting good and stuck... just the way Tia would have liked it!

Congrats Beth. Truly an incredible group of people. I can only imagine how choked up you were. I cried trying to tell Trevor what I was reading when I saw it on Facebook. And kudos again to Kevin and Andre you guys are amazing.

We are so proud to be part of the NSJC and the jeeping community. When people approach us and ask why we do the "jeep" thing and for the ones that say "we dont understand.....it MUST be a jeep thing" Jam 2012 will be our shining story to make them understand.
